When will my order be shipped?
✔ Ordered today = shipped today (NL before 23:00 · EU before 20:00)

If you place your order on a regular business day before 23:00 and the delivery address is in the Netherlands, your order will be shipped the same business day.
For orders to Belgium, Germany, France and other EU countries, the order cut-off time is 20:00 on business days. Orders placed before this time will also be shipped the same business day.
If different order or delivery times are stated on a product page, the information on the product page applies.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
Netherlands
1 business day (shipping via DHL)
Belgium
1–2 business days (shipping via Bpost)
Germany and France
2–3 business days
Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Sweden
3–5 business days
Orders to the Netherlands are also delivered on Saturdays.
If you place an order on Sunday before 23:00 for delivery in the Netherlands, it will be processed and shipped on Sunday for delivery on Monday.

Shipping and Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Once the shipment has been processed by the carrier, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link allowing you to track your package.
