Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it according to the conditions below.
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Unfortunately, after this period we can no longer accept returns or issue refunds.

We are happy to help you quickly — often a return is not necessary.
Please note: If the alarm clock is not functioning correctly or the battery drains quickly, this is often caused by a depleted battery or the use of an incorrect charger (for example, a fast charger). In most cases, this can be resolved easily by following the video instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
Have you received a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

- Clear photos of the problem
We will of course work with you to find a suitable solution. In many cases, a return is not necessary and we can resolve the issue directly.
Register a Return
Returns are processed exclusively through our return portal.
You can easily register your return at:

There you can:
- Enter your order number and postal code
- Select the item you wish to return
- Choose between:
- Refund (return shipping costs are paid by the customer)
- Store credit / coupon (free return shipping label)
You can then immediately generate and pay for a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and undamaged
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- The product must be returned complete
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue only a partial refund if:
- The product has been used or damaged
- Parts are missing
- The product is not returned in its original condition
Bundle Discounts and Promotions
If you have used a bundle discount or promotional offer (for example, 10% off when purchasing 2 items or 15% off when purchasing 3 items), the following applies:
- The discount is only valid when all items in the bundle are kept
- If one or more items from the bundle are returned, causing the bundle to become incomplete, the bundle discount will be removed
- In that case, the original discount will be recalculated and deducted from the refund amount

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method
Processing may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
In the return portal, you can choose between:
- Refund → paid return shipping label
- Store credit / coupon → free return shipping label
Any return shipping costs are calculated according to the selected return method in the return portal.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Important
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for returns valued above €50.
Kadoing is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
Cancel an Order
If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request through your customer account.

Log in using the same email address you used to place the order. Shopify will automatically send a verification code to your email address.
After submitting a cancellation request, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you have received your order, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by registering a return through our return portal.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Registering a return through our return portal also serves as notification of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
