Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not fully meet your expectations, you can return it according to the conditions below.
Return period
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

We are happy to help you quickly — often a return is not necessary.
Note: Is the alarm clock not working properly or does the battery drain quickly? This is often caused by a low battery or the use of an incorrect charger (for example, a fast charger). In most cases, this can be easily resolved using the video.
Damaged or defective items
Did you receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 48 hours after receipt via:

- your order number
- a short description
- clear photos of the issue
We will of course look for a suitable solution. In many cases, a return is not necessary and we can resolve the issue directly.
Register a return
Returns are processed exclusively through our return portal.
You can easily register your return via:

There you can:
- enter your order number and postal code
- select the item you want to return
- choose between:
- Refund (return costs paid by the customer)
- Coupon / store credit (free return)
After that, you can immediately generate and pay for a return label if applicable.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and undamaged
- the item must be in its original condition and packaging
- the product must be returned complete
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if:
- the product is used or damaged
- parts are missing
- the product is not returned in its original condition
Bundle discounts and promotions
If you have used a bundle discount or promotion (for example 10% discount when buying 2 items or 15% discount when buying 3 items), the following applies:
- The discount is only valid if all items in the bundle are kept
- If you return one or more items from a bundle and the bundle is no longer complete, the bundle discount will be void
- In that case, the original discount will be recalculated and deducted from the refund

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- you will receive a confirmation by email
- the refund will be processed via the original payment method
Processing may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return costs
The costs for returning items are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
In the return portal, you can choose between:
- Refund → paid return label
- Store credit / coupon → free return label
The original shipping costs of the order are not refunded.
Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Important
For returns over €50, we recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Kadoing is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
